Bob Pelepako and Steve Minozzi founded the company in 1966 and have designed and installed
custom "voice lift" sound systems in over a thousand
houses of worship in the New York metropolitan area, as well as
New Jersey; Connecticut; Pennsylvania; Massachusetts; Maryland;
California; Louisiana, and the American Virgin Islands.

We have over 30 years of experience specializing in the design
and installation of high quality sound systems in worship spaces
and other environments with challenging acoustical and logistical
profiles.
Monte Bros. Sound Systems, Inc. was founded
in 1966. Since then we have designed and installed custom
sound systems in over 1,200 locations nationally.
Approximately 95% of Monte Bros. Sound Systems, Inc. business
is devoted to the design and installation of sound systems
in houses of worship, along with special projects that
have widened the company's scope.
